An Antique Very Good Quality Six Shot 80 Bore Pepperbox, having a 10.5cm barrel cluster, blued, the action with silvered finish, beautifully border engraved with scrollwork and foliage, including the hammer. Steel triggerguard and butt cap, both engraved. Finely chequered one piece walnut grips, having a vacant oval escutcheon. In good working order, overall length 23.5cm. Cased in an oak case which has a vacant escutcheon, with accessories comprising bullet mould, oil bottle, turnscrew, nipple key, a tin of percussion caps and a flask.
