Current Vacancy - Customer Service Assistant (Full Time)

Henry Krank & Co are looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Assistant to work at our store located in Pudsey. We have specialised in supplying shooting products and accessories to retail and trade customers for over 40 years.

Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Salary: Dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process orders in-store and via the telephone using our point-of-sale system.
  • Make sure the shop is well stocked and presentable.
  • Answer customer queries via telephone, email and in person.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and company services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team.

Skills / Experienced required:

  • You must either have experience working in the gun trade or have experience shooting.
  • Confident in the use of computers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
