Returns Policy

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchases from Henry Krank & Company and seek to resolve any issues you may have.

Returning new items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• If there is a fault with the item or it is damaged we will replace the item for you. If the item is unavailable we will offer you a full refund, including delivery charges.

• If the item is not as described we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement, including delivery charges.

• Unwanted items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

• The refund will be in the same form as original payment. If paid for by credit card, please allow a few days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have agreed an alternative date with you.

2. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or not as described.

3. Unless the goods are faulty we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

4. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We advise you to organise appropriate insurance to cover the return journey. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not accept liability for them.

5. Please make sure you get in touch with us before returning any purchase.

Returning antique items

We understand that when viewing antiques online it can be difficult to evaluate the item. We try and be as accurate as possible when describing the antique items that we have for sale. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• If for any reason you are unhappy with an antique we will offer a full refund for the item excluding the original delivery charge.

• Unwanted antiques should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

• If the antique is faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund for the item including the original delivery charge.

• The refund will be in the same form as original payment. If paid for by credit card, please allow a few days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

Returning guns and ammunition

If you are not satisfied with any gun or ammunition purchased from Henry Krank you must call us immediately - within 48 hours of receipt of the item - to discuss the returns procedure with a member of staff.
