A Pair Of 20 Bore Flintlock Travelling Pistols by H.W Mortimer, London. Gunmaker to His Majesty, late 18th century. With brown twist octagonal sighted barrels, 13.8cm. Each signed in full in capitals along the top flat, border engraved tangs each with back sight and decorated with foliage.
Border engraved flat bevelled locks each signed in capitals. Engraved safety catches and rollers. Blued trigger guards each with large pineapple finial and decorated with a martial trophy on the bow. Original ramrods, one with iron worm. Fully stocked in walnut. Beautifully chequered butts, the pommels cut with a flower head. In a box lined with green baize with cleaning rod, powder flask, screwdriver, bullet mould, spare flints, and balls. Beautiful looking pair of pistols.

Delivery of this item to a UK mainland address starts from £20.00*.

For UK deliveries, if you place your order before 13:00pm, you should receive your order the next working day in the morning via Parcel Force.
