A Pattern 1827 Naval Officers sword having a slightly curved blade etched with Royal cypher and Queens crown. Gilt brass hilt with a lions head pommel and fishsking grin bound with twistwire which is in fantastic condition.

Guard having the Queens crown and anchor and a fold down guard on the indise locking with the scabbard. Original black leather scabbard with gilt brass mounts.
Original sword knot which is also in very good condition. Victorian naval swords are becoming increasingly scarce and mostly in very poor condition so it is unusual to find one in such ggod condition.
Blade Length - 80cm. Overall Length - 97cm.
