An antique steel target 18th or 19th century made in the 16th century style.
An antique steel target 18th or 19th century in 16th century style. Circular lonvex form 63cm rising at its centre to a low integral point embossed with four ovals. Each etched with a reclining classical figure on a stippled ground. Edge formed with a baldly roped inward turn accompanied by low domed rivets securing the leather ring which retained liner. Provenance Schloss Cumberland, Gmunden, inv no.45.
