This pistol was manufactured in Germany circa 1989, and features two Krupp Stahl (Krupp Steel) barrels.

The Krupp works were undoubtedly the best steel, heavy armaments and gun barrel manufacturers from the middle of the 19th century, to late 20th century, and supplied barrels for civilian and military purposes made of their advanced crucible steel throughout their production run. Hege is likewise known as the finest producer of reproduction single shot pistols, and the quality and attention to detail to which these pistols are built is unparalelled by anything available since.

This gun is of astounding quality, and is complete with .44 rifled and smoothbore barrels, spare frizzen, and original sales literature and letter from the manufacturer, complete in foam lined plastic carrying case. They are in remarkable condition and appear to be unfired.

Note: This pistol is for sale as a complete set, so a variation for a .44 pistol and spare .44 barrel will be required, the gun will not be sold independent of the spare barrel.

How to order a gun that requires a firearm or shotgun license

There are three ways that you can buy a gun from Henry Krank that requires a firearm or shotgun license.

Option one: collect instore

Give us a call on 01132 569 163 / 01132 565 167 to reserve your gun and arrange a date to collect instore. On the day of collection, remember to bring your shotgun or firearms license with you. 

If you do not live near the Henry Krank store, don’t worry. The following two options are available if you are unable to collect your shotgun or firearm from our premises. 

Option two: purchase through your registered firearms dealer

Give us a call on 01132 569 163 / 01132 565 167 to reserve your gun. Then, place your order via your Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD).

Your RFD will contact us to buy the firearm or shotgun on your behalf. You pay your RFD and collect your purchase from them. Remember to take your license with you when visiting your local RFD. 

Option three: purchase from Henry Krank and collect from your local RFD

Give us a call on 01132 569 163 / 01132 565 167 to reserve your gun. Mail us the original copy of your shotgun or firearms license through the post and we will contact you when we receive this to take payment for your item.

Once we have received your license and we have taken payment, you can contact your local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) to arrange receipt of the item on your behalf. Once you have done so, we will deliver your gun along with your license to your RFD, where you can pick up your purchase.

Please note that some RFDs may charge a transfer or admin fee for this service. If you are in any doubt, it’s best to give us a call and talk through the process.
