German Bellows Air Gun by F.A Rotmaur in Legau, circa 1760, for restoration. With signed swamped octagonal barrel, sleeved with brass, foresight and standing rear sight. Fully stocked in walnut, some woodworm damage, figured and carved with roccoco scrollwork about the tang. Requiring repair to woodworm damage, trigger blade, possible repairs to action.

Brass furniture including side plates, mechanism housing, finial, ramrod pipes and nosecap. Wooden trigger guard, fully enclosed action, tap at the base of the stock. Requiring repair to woodworm damage, trigger blade, possible repairs to action.
A gun of similar date and signed Franz Anthony Rotmaur in Legau is preserved in a German ancestral collection.

Delivery of this item to a UK mainland address starts from £20.00*.

WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, your parcel will need to be signed for. Delivery will be via Parcel Force in the morning. The parcel may not be left without a signature. If you are unavailable to take delivery, Parcel Force will leave a card for you. Simply follow the instructions on the card to arrange redelivery or collection from a depot.
