A lobster tail pot, second quarter of the 17th century, with one-piece rib skull and ring finial or a circular washer. Pointed fix fall stamped with an armourers mark and pierced for moveable nasal bar (missing). Pointed neck guard of four upward lapping lame, triangle single plate earpiece pierced with circular holes and domed rivets.
